I provide on-site and remote IT support services to help people like you solve their IT problems. I’m always happy to assist you to solve the problem or I can do it for you. I’m more than happy to explain what I am doing so that you can learn how to solve more of the problems yourself.

I also appreciate that for some users, especially small businesses and charities, solving IT problems during normal office hours is not always practical. That is why I am available, by prior arrangement, to do this in the evenings and at weekends. My aim is to be available at a time and place that suits you.

If for any reason I am unable to solve the problem myself I will help you find the right people to solve it.

I can help you to install, configure, test, maintain, and dispose of IT hardware, software and third party services. I can also assist with the upgrading and repairing of IT hardware.
