Geographical Areas Covered
Support is provided by one or more of the following:
On-site visits. These are normally for customers located in the South West of the UK including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset. For regular visits other locations are available. Please contact me to discuss your requirements if you are not located in the South West.
Remote Access. I can provide off-site support using remote access software for anyone using an Apple computer or a PC running Microsoft Windows 7, 8.x, 10 or 11. All you will require is Internet access for the machine to be supported. No software needs to be purchased or installed. This service is not geographically limited.
Telephone and Email support. Email is the best option as I am often out on customer sites solving IT problems. If you do call and I’m not available then please leave your name and number and a short description of the problem you have. I will return your call as soon as possible.
